Shipping & Handling

Shipping options and times will be provided during checkout. Handling times are usually 24hrs unless you are getting your items Custom Engraved or a 3D printed item. If you've chosen Custom engraving, the time will vary from 24-72hrs depending on the item and item quantity. If you've chosen a Printed item, handling time is 4-6 business days.

Custom Laser Engraving

Once you've selected your items and the appropriate engraving options, you'll head through Checkout as per normal. Then you'll need to email us your Logo design files or preferred Font, we will do a Mock-up of the item and send back to you for approval. Once approval has been obtained, your order will be completed within 72hrs. Please note that this process will take longer if your response is delayed, we cannot start the Engraving process without confirmation.

Refunds

All sales are final. Please carefully review your order and verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase. There will be no returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at fastfabautoparts@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged items. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it and tracking information provided to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, and once approved, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and you must use a courier service which can provide tracking information to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fast Fab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Fast Fab will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Engraving your own Items

If you wish for us to engrave something you already own, you will need to contact us via Facebook for a quote on Engraving. You will then send us your item, once we've received your item, we will begin the Mock-up process. We will send you photos which will need to be approved before we can complete your order. Once your order is completed, we will package your item for you and send you an Invoice which will include return postage.

My order was cancelled?

Sometimes orders can be cancelled if an order was placed incorrectly. If you've selected to have your items engraved, you need to make sure you're selecting the right options for the amount of items you want engraved. But we will contact you before cancelling your order and offer you options. However if you do not respond to our messages, we will cancel your order after 24-48hrs.

Trade Pricing

Yes! We do Trade pricing. Once you've provided us with the relevant information, we will provide you with your own personal discount code to be used at checkout, whenever you shop with us.
